Changes to Support Agents: Sandy and Andhika Have Quit The Support Team

As of April 25th 2024, both Andhika and our long-time support agent Sandy, have quit our support team. I thank them so much for their contribution and time in helping our customers :)

New Support Team: Andrian and Alvan

As of May 2nd 2024, we have two members joining our support team. Andrian and Alvan Fatoni will be in charge for answering support tickets immediately.

While both of them are trying to adjust with the work flow, I'm hoping for our customers to be gentle and patient with their approach on answering tickets.

    Hi Leonardus, who is anyone responding to the customer requests? My sever access is been down for over a week and I got no responses to my ticket.

    Hi Leonardus, you want to post this for you.

    So what happened? I still not received an answer on my tickets. I've tried to send you even an email and still no response.

    Ticket #12170 - sent in 25 days ago
    Ticket #12181 - sent in 15days ago

    I expect at least an update so I know you guys are working on the issue.
