Site Installation Error: Plugin Not Found

WP Travel Site is a site package, not a plugin.. So you can't install it as a WordPress plugin.
You need to import the site package using All In One WP Migration plugin..

Go to Plugins -> Add New, search for "All In One WP Migration" then install and activate that plugin.

After that import/upload the wptravel.wpress file using All In One WP Migration plugin.
