Wp4Covid Platinum: Installation Problem (Invalid File)

If you run into a problem in installing/importing the Platinum Package:

1.) Make sure the main site package has been installed

2.) Import the Platinum Templates not from Appearance, but from Templates -> Add New: https://d2c136330chs5t.cloudfront.net/wpcovid19site-tuts1.png

3.) If the ZIP file is too big, unzip it and upload/import the Elementor JSON template one by one

    I've got a brand new domain and would like to install this WPcovid 19 website on a subdomain. How do I go about it? I've already WP installed on the site.

    I tried to install WP on the subdomain but something is not right...

    I created a subdomain, my sql db, uploaded WP into the cgi.bin folder, changed the wp-config...but am getting an error message...

    I think I did something wrong..could you help look at the site?

    I can send you the login details...

    haha...i just cloned the original wp to the subdomain...it works:)

    how did you clone it? using a migration plugin such as Duplicator or All In One Migration?? Or other way?

    From namecheap cpanel >>softaculous >>WP>>Current Installations >> Domain >> Clone >> subdomain.

    looks good.

    But i cannot download the Covid19 buy.wp theme and upload to the subdomain.

    The download is still showing "Starting" for past 2 days...
