Zendesk Migration Issue

Dear valued customers,

At the early May 2026 we had a migration process on our Zendesk account, from Basic to their standard Enterprise Plan. The migration process should took only 48hours maximum, however there was a problem with our DNS setting and OTP security setting.

The problem has just been resolved on May 10th, 2026 at around 2 AM UTC time.

Unfortunately, during that problems, Zendesk did not record all tickets to our support tasks properly. Our support staffs also could not log in because Zendesk asked for an OTP key every time, but the OTP bounced off because the mistake in our DNS setting.

Therefore, if you have any support tickets around May 1st 2026 to May 10th, 2026 that have not been addressed and replied yet, please resubmit a new Support Ticket so our support staffs will see it again.
